This Privacy Policy details how Gravity Flow Automator (the "Extension") and the GravityLab web platform collect, use, store, and safeguard your information in full compliance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.
Single Purpose Statement
The single purpose of Gravity Flow Automator is to enhance user productivity by providing automated queue management, prompt execution, and asset organization tools for Google Flow creative workflows.
1. Information Collection and Use
We believe in data minimization. We only handle the minimal data necessary to deliver our services:
- Account Authentication: When you log into the Extension using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), we collect basic user profile information (Google User ID, email address, display name, and profile picture URL) processed securely via Firebase Authentication to manage subscription access tiers and quota limits.
- Local Queue Data: Prompt text, generation options, and workflow preferences are stored locally in your browser via
chrome.storage.local. This data remains on your local device and is never transmitted to external analytics servers. - No Sensitive Personal Data: We do NOT collect financial details, biometric data, sensitive health records, government identifiers, or personal communications.
2. Browser Permissions Declarations
The Extension requests only the narrowest permissions required to execute its core functionality:
activeTab,tabs,scripting: Required strictly to detect active Google Flow tabs and execute queue automation scripts initiated by the user.storage: Needed to persist prompt queues, model settings, and offline user preferences inside your browser.downloads: Enables client-side saving and organization of user-generated image assets and presentation sheets.sidePanel: Used to render the extension user interface conveniently within the Chrome browser side panel.identity: Used exclusively for secure Google OAuth Single Sign-On.host_permissions(e.g.*://flow.google/*,*://labs.google/*): Restricted to official Google Flow domains and GravityLab backend services to facilitate workflow execution and quota syncing.
3. Chrome Web Store User Data & Limited Use Policy Compliance
Gravity Flow Automator strictly adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.
- Human read access to user data is strictly prohibited unless required for security purposes, troubleshooting explicit user bug reports, or complying with law.
- User data is NEVER sold, rented, or transferred to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party platforms.
- User data is NEVER used for serving personalized advertisements or credit scoring.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
All network communications for authentication and subscription verification take place over encrypted HTTPS connections directly with Google Firebase infrastructure (identitytoolkit.googleapis.com, firestore.googleapis.com). We do not share user data with any other third parties.
5. Data Control, Retention & Deletion
You maintain complete control over your data:
- Local Data Cleanup: You can clear all saved queues and local extension settings at any time by clicking "Clean All" inside the Extension or clearing your browser site data.
- Account Deletion: To permanently delete your GravityLab account profile and associated backend records, please contact our support team at support@gravitylab.app or mdratulislamhridoy@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
